In July 2016, Laserium Television Stations acquired the commercial and media medium rights to Peugeotland 2017, Townsville 2019, Allameda 2021, Sunnydale 2023, Melbourne 2025, Topeka 2027 and Angel Grove 2029. In 2017/2018, Laserium Television Stations sold its rights and assets to Old Dominion Media. The company still remained in operation, and soon transferred into a new internal company called Octagon Cable Entertainment. Before rebranding, they acquired all the former Laser Sonic Network, DuMont Television Network, UBT and GoAnimate Network O&Os, along with the companies Suius M&E Hispanic Networks and GBC Television Stations. All of them became affiliated with a new channel called Octagon.
