Millennium Broadcasting started in 1983 as a division of Times Mirror Group with the supply of radio and TV stations, WTSZ-TV (Channel 19 NBC Hot Springs, Arkansas), WSRT-TV (Channel 14 Independent (later the WB in 1995) Hot Springs, Arkansas), WFCW (Channel 16 Independent (later FOX in 1986) Hot Springs, Arkansas), WFWL (Channel 2 Independent (later UPN in 1995) Hot Springs, Arkansas) and WROD-TV (Channel 8 CBS Hot Springs, Arkansas).
In 1993, Warner Bros. Television acquired Millennium Broadcasting, renamed the company to Warner Bros. Television Broadcasting.
