A similar logo was used by sister station WRLH in Richmond, VA.

1985–1986[]

During the time this logo was used, TVX Broadcast Group made all of its affiliates, including WTVZ, charter affiliates of FOX.

1986–1989[]

A similar logo would be used by sister stations such as WLFL in Raleigh-Durham, NC, WNOL in New Orleans, LA, WATL in Atlanta, GA, WNRW-TV in Winston-Salem-Greensboro, NC, and WNYB-TV in Buffalo, NY.

The main differences between this logo and the 1994 version are a different choice of colors (gold for the FOX logo and WTVZ sections in 1994 vs. silver; a blue background compared to purple in this version) and a switch to a sans-serif font for the "33 WTVZ" text.

1998–2006[]

This new logo, which was also used by WACY-TV (channel 32), was first used when the station launched its news department on August 1, 1998, which also saw WTVZ dropped Fox Kids programming as an accommodation.
