WIN Network is a company that was founded on August 24, 2006. Founded by WIN Corporation in Australia, WIN Network is a TV network that reaches more than 24 million channels in Brazil.
Since 24 August 2006, coinciding with the age of WIN Televisão 6, WIN Network was officially launched by Organizações WIN after being acquired by Nine & WIN Corporation.
In 2009, WIN Network had changed its status from a television channel to a television company, but because it did not live up to expectations from year to year, WIN Network returned to television status in 2012.
Since 2016, at the age of 10, WIN Network has now become a corporate media as part of a division by Organizações WIN.

This logo, designed by Octo Silvio from Begina, New York. The circle logo uses the Network Ten logo frame from 2016-2018.
The reason for the change of this logo was because it was suspected that the previous logo was similar to the WIN Network logo which originated from Australia so there were many misunderstandings on the logo.

The new logo was officially launched on January 2, 2022, designed by the same designer, Octo Silvio with the new company "WIN Creative In-House" using the modified Globotipo font. During this era, the network was officially only referred to as "WIN" although that name was used until 2022 during the promo.
As a form of major rebranding of WIN, the new logo is rumored to be modified into a flat color logo so that it can be recognized by the audience in their region. The rumors are legally and officially launched in stages until all the logos are applied to all branding ahead of Organizações WIN's 22nd anniversary.

As of January 5, 2022, WIN began to introduce its new logo as part of strengthening its identity. The logo is now designed in a square shape as a result of WIN Creative In-House and Octo Silvio keeping the WIN logo released from 2022. This logo is only used as a secondary, while the WIN logo without the box is still the main logo in all other WIN elements.
As a result, WIN O&O (WIN PA, WIN SC, WIN RJ, and the rest) started using a similar logo, with the rest (along with the new channels) following the standard the following day, with WIN Televisão starting to be the last to use the new logo as a result by rebranding the new name to WIN One starting March 1, 2022.
On April 5, 2022, WIN Network was merged into RedCom Television Services with the rest of its affiliates following a new name change, formally abandoning use of WIN during its broadcast in 1990.
