WBGJ-TV (branded on-air as Big 33 Jr) is a commercial-free television station located in Macon, Georgia that serves as a sister station of WFXM-TV and operates on channel 38. It is owned and operated by WFXM Partnership, Inc., which is a joint venture of RKO Holdings and Fortner Digital Media Properties (formerly KIVO). It began broadcasting in 1981 as WMCZ-TV (the commercial-free counterpart of WMAZ-TV) with PBS educational programming during the day and ONTV at night along with edited and uninterrupted rebroadcasts of WMAZ-TV's newscasts, and originally the station was affiliated with The Disney Channel during its run as a premium service from 1983 until 1997, when it became a Cinemax affiliate until 2007, of which WMCZ-TV becomes WBGJ-TV and begin offering a 24-hour preschool programming lineup.

In 1999, WMCZ-TV rebrands as "Cinemax 38", along with a new logo.

In 2007, in order to redirect news resources to WMAZ-TV, WMCZ-TV becomes WBGJ-TV and re branded as "Big 33 Jr" and incorporated the channel number and the cable channel number heard at the top of the hour as "Channel 38/7", along with new slogans "Come and Play Every Day" and "Playalong with Us".

WBGJ-TV launches a new on-air look and logo in 2014, alongside the new slogan "Thinking Big for Little People" which is the modified version of WFXM-TV's new slogan "Thinking Big for Families".
