VTVEN is a English television station in Vicnora. It is the first English television channel in Vicnora, launched in 15 February, 1980 by Michael Vlokozu (1929-1989), the prime minister and founder of the Vlokozu Union, while Vicnora was in Vlokozuian occupation. It is owned by the El TV Kadsre Television Network. VTVEN has a variety of programs, composed mainly of news and talk-shows, sports, current affairs, national and international fiction, such as films and TV series. Unlike sister channel Channel 2, VTVEN broadcasts commercial advertising, which, along with the licence fee, finances the channel. Similar to El TV Kadsre 1, STN One Sentan, Treet TV1 Mahri, ITV UK, Channel Seven Australia and TVNZ 2 New Zealand.
