Lava Lamp Entertainment has released a statement concerning their US$8.5 billion dollar lawsuit against Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings, saying:

"We warned [Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings] numerous times to either drop their 'Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings Round-Up' name or at least find a way to distinguish it from Lava Lamp's Round-Up. Additionally, the Lucky brand of children's programming owned by them was made solely to cash on rip-offs of established programming from Worldkids and Toonvision and we simply cannot turn a blind eye to the company's flat-out plagarism."

  1. Laserium Holdings has joined as a minor partner of Lava Lamp in the lawsuit, because they have suspected of Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings for ripping them off since they started rapidly acquiring real life companies.
  2. During the auction of Crystal Holdings assets, Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings has tried to acquire over 16 assets, which was considered against the rules and thus nearly excluded from the second round, which is why Crystal Holdings joins in.
  3. bOnage Animation Studios also joined in, due to past experience with the company's management team.

Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings promised not to acquire real life companies and do "Round-ups" anymore, but still has yet to comment on the Lucky channels ripping off Worldkids and Toonvision.
