- Sell RBT and NFCR to TMK and Qube respectively
- shutdown G4 due to the real G4 is coming back
- 5K Media to spin off its stake ITV Ringia, making ITV Ringia to fully owned by ITV.
- Rebrand Metro Channel Gau to Tastemade Gau (purely separated from its North American feed)
- Shut down Disney Channel Stevia by start of 2021.
