We are going to do CPN Premium pitch a reality but ultimately cancelled, but instead we are having new pitch, which is ultimately unnamed.

Selling off/closure

• Zoop Interactive must be sold off (succeeded)
• sell several of 5K Media-owned channels to T&C Corporation and Qube
  • sell TechStorm USA, Vyond Classic Movies and IMWS-TV to T&C Corporation (succeeded)
  • Sell entire Levibross-Samurai Group to T&C Corporation (absorbed from CPN Premium pitch) (succeeded)
  • sell Suius TV, Music Plus and Music Plus Classic Pop to Qube
• sell EBS entirely to newly separated fully Schelipoeryian-based company, EBS ltd as CPN Holdings to own 5K (one of EBS's rival broadcasters).
• Sell RBT and NFCR to TMK and Qube respectively
• shutdown G4 due to the real G4 is coming back
• 5K Media to spin off its stake ITV Ringia, making ITV Ringia to fully owned by ITV.
• Rebrand Metro Channel Gau to Tastemade Gau (purely separated from its North American feed)
• Shut down Disney Channel Stevia by start of 2021.
• immediate sell TCA and resignation of JVTA Mapping.
• Special order from Wildcat: sell Screen Cold Pictures to Qube (are you happy Wildcat?)

acquirations

• Acquire Rubrum's stake of 5K Media (succeeded)
• Acquire SoftBank Gau from Synnefo
• acquire 60% stake of FBN Corporation from Aberic Holdings, while 20% stake will still owned by Filipino-based company, FBN Holdings, 10% stake will still owned by Aberic Holdings and 10% stake to be acquired by Qube.
• acquire Ringian FTA operations of TFC under FBN Corporation by August 31, to replace with RiTV Filipino, due to ABS-CBN franchise denial

changes

• make 36Philippines, FTV Taugaran, CPN 4 (renamed back to RiTV) and CPN 4 Japanese (renamed to RiTV Nihongo) owned under FBN Corporation umbrella
• make CPN-owned cable channels in Philippines (except CMN Southeast Asia operations in Philippines, due to FBN Corporation's existing deal with CMN's rival, GINX) and Q Media Asia's operations in Philippines to be owned under FBN Corporation umbrella.
• rename 36Nordic to Sorbet Nordics.
• RTC News expansion anyone? (absorbed from CPN Premium pitch?)

Unknown fate

• One Cuben and CPN Kapamilya Networks (due to CPN's acquirations of FBN Corporation)
