Lava Lamp Entertainment has released a statement concerning their lawsuit of Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings, saying:

"We warned [Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings] numerous times to either drop their 'Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings Round-Up' name or at least find a way to distinguish it from Lava Lamp's Round-Up. Additionally, the Lucky brand of children's programming owned by them was made solely to cash on rip-offs of established programming from Worldkids and Toonvision and we simply cannot turn a blind eye to the company's flat-out plagarism."

Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings still has yet to comment on the matter.
