SILVER SPRING, MARYLAND - Lava Lamp Entertainment announced that they would be selling off WXFM Partnership Inc's television assets, excluding The Texas Network and QSD TV just two days after acquiring them. The company is allowing the stations to be sold separately from each other, however, they have said "it would be much easier if they were all purchased in a package".

Lava Lamp is also suing Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings on charges of copyright infringment for US$8.5 billion, saying that they stole their "Lava Lamp Roundup" announcement news panel and that their "Lucky" brand of kids channels is a rip-off of their two primary children's entertainment brands: Worldkids and Toonvision. Ktuhbodonut2011 Holdings has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
