The logo was designed by VENTURA. Around this time, Cuben Corp's parent company and Singaporean mass-media company I-World merged with Danish publishing company Lust Incorporated into the recently formed company, Premiere Holdings for about $1,000,000.

Cuben Corp rebranded its logo on May 1999. A new look was created by Pittard Sullivan, Lambie-Nairn and Landor Associates. This would be used for the next 20 years. On December 10, 2019, Cuben Corp was sold by Premiere Holdings to CPN Holdings while their parent company, Premiere Holdings will becoming an independent subsidiary.

On January 1, 2020, Cuben Corp would annonce it's Renaming, Becoming United World Media, And on January 18, the deal was completed to rename the company, retiring the Cuben brand since 1930 and into the United World brand. This logo and the entire packaging were designed by Superunion, with the logo uses a stylized version of the initials of the company.

United World Media rebranded its logo on January 4, 2023. The rebrand was designed by Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv, which also was responsible for designing logos for the NBC in 1986, Warner Bros. Discovery in 2022, the then-current WGBH-TV in 1974, and the Time Warner logos in 1990, and DixonBaxi. United World Media announced that it will be divested from being a CPN Holdings subsidiary, becoming an independent subsidiary on January 6, 2023. United World Media is now separated from CPN Holdings since January 18, 2023.
