for the revival one, see Fuji Taugaran Terebi.

1997-2000

Logopedia InfoWhite.svg LOGO MISSING

in 1997, Fujisenkai launched the second Japanese-language television station, TWKA-TV 21, under the branding "フジタウガランテレビ", it was affiliated by Fuji News Network but despite having more anime, it was failed (because of foreigners (non-El Kadsreian and non-Filipino) in Taugaran rather watch foreign programs on Channel 40-69 instead of 1-39) (same fate of NRK Taugaran and YLE Taugaran), it was closed in January 12, 2000 at 4pm, Fujisenkai sold TWKA to Progressive Broadcasting Corporation, leaving Taugaran Terebi and NHK Taugaran the only two Japanese-language television stations left in Taugaran.

its logo is same as Fuji TV 1986 logo but "フジテレビ" is replaced with "フジタウガランテレビ", however keeping the same font of Fuji TV text.

its sign-on and sign-off sequence is same as Town sequences that were used by Fuji TV from 1986-2001

Its last program on Fuji Taugaran Terebi was Urusei Yatsura followed by 1-minute video of Fuji Taugaran Terebi mascots waving goodbye to viewers (before sign-off sequence).

its final message before final sign-off was usual sign-off sequence followed by message (Fuji Taugaran Television logo (except logo is entire white) against black background, the text "永遠に" in scripted font and the message "ファジタウガランテレビをご覧いただきありがとうございます。3年間のご愛顧に感謝いたします。さらに日本のコンテンツをご覧になりたい場合は、チャンネル62をご覧ください。") for one minute and finally followed by New People Television coming soon testcard.
