Toonsat first operated as the Toonsat Network on July 16, 1992 as a mixed programming channel of entertainment and films, widely available through television cable service providers. From 1992 to 2012, Toonsat Network shared the same logo as former sister channel Cartoon Network, which was owned by Turner Broadcasting System (which in 2019 became WarnerMedia, then renamed again to Warner Bros. Discovery in 2022 as part of a merger with Discovery, Inc.).

This is Toonsat Network's final logo similar to sister channel Cartoon Network before finally introducing its own new logo. In 2011, Toonsat was acquired by Chronostorm, ending its sister channel with Cartoon Network.

In 2012, Toonsat Network streamlined its branding to simply Toonsat, unveiling a new logo aligned with the television's parent company, Chronostorm. Quest (now Synnefo) acquired Chronostorm from its previous owner, Sega, in 2019, which was then folded into CPN Media Group.
2020-2022
2022-present
On May 26, 2022, Chronostorm's parent company, TMK Corp. sold this television along with Chronoteve and its parent company to RedeCom and on June 1, 2022, Toonsat officially unveiled its new logo which no longer integrates the Toonsat logo into its parent Chronostorm. The logo itself was previously designed on May 24, 2022 by RedeCom Creative In-House, 2 days after Lava News in Spain changed ownership to RedeCom
