Television Osaka Chotashi is a fictional television in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. It started broadcasting on November 16, 1962, one year before NSB is aired for the first time.

In 1992, the NSB Station Operations and Management Board decided that Hokkaido, Akita, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Shizuoka, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Hiroshima, Tokushima, Nagasaki and Okinawa stations will remain to be the main stations.

In late 1994, the NSB Station Operations and Management Board decided that they want to merge stations in Kansai region to one, therefore causing the aforementioned results. TOC ceased broadcasting on February 28, 1995, and merged to form Kinki Television, with their headquarters located in Osaka until today.
