Television Kyoto Yōshū is an fictional television in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It start broadcast on November 16, 1962, one year before the Premiered of NSB.

In 1992, the NSB Station Operations and Management Board decided that Hokkaido, Akita, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Shizuoka, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Hiroshima, Tokushima, Nagasaki and Okinawa stations will remain to be the main stations.

In late 1994, the NSB Station Operations and Management Board decided that that to merge stations in Kansai region, therefore causing the aforementioned results. TKY ceased broadcasting on February 28, 1995, and merge to form Kinki Television
