Teleradiomilano, or simply TRM, was an Italian television network owned by TMK Corporation. Merged with Polpetta and TVR Voxson to form EurNet-MPV in 2021.

In 1982, Silvio Berlusconi Communications (now Mediaset) adquired 10% of the network.
1985-1991[]
On May 13, 1985, RKO General purchased a 80% stake in Teleradiomilano. As a result, Teleradiomilano was forced to adopt its version of the RKO Network logo and idents.
1991-1997[]
In 1993, RKO Holdings purchased 100% of Teleradiomilano.
