in 2007, despite airing nothing but kids anime and indian kids shows, Hungama TV Crenisa was renamed to Jirumi TV, as "おにて" (romanji: "Jirumi") is Crenisan word, which translates to "excitement" (in English) and "hungama" (in Hindi), while Hungama TV logo symbol remains.
in 2016, due to recent airing of premiere of Tamagotchi! on Jirumi TV, Jirumi TV became extremely popular.
in 2021, Disney announced closure of Jirumi TV, which take places on December 13, 2021, all of Jirumi TV programs (with exception of Tamagotchi! (which moves to Netflix (which started added on July 1, 2021), Cartoon Network, Boomerang (later, Tooncast) and DioKids instead) (however will remove from Disney Channel Crenisa from November 1, 2021 and Jirumi TV from December 5, 2021), Go Jetters (which will be removed from Jirumi TV, Disney Junior and Disney+ Hotstar from October 11, 2021 and move to Cartoonito, Pogo and Netflix) and Garfield and Friends (which will air on Tooncast instead on January 1, 2022)) would move to Disney XD, Disney Channel or Disney+ Hotstar.
according to EPG, Jirumi TV would cease broadcast on 13th December 2021 at 12pm, while its last program would be Upin & Ipin marathon, which airs on that day at 8pm (at previous day)-12pm.
