After Cartoonito took over the original International Boomerang signal, there was no feed for the entire world, thus a conflict with several cable television providers, such as Touch (then known as Ideal Cable), Cablemas and TP began. These providers refused to broadcast the corresponding feed of Boomerang for the subscriber's location. After Turner found out about this, they began a partnership with Block, thus Boomerang International was revived.
2021[]
In 2021, Boomerang introduced this shortlived screen bug. in 2021, the government revoked Turner and Block's license to operate the feed, meaning Boomerang International would close. An announcement was made on the channel and closed a week later.
