In 1979, Chris-Craft Industries created Arkansas Western Network, that ran for 22 hours. In 1980, it ran 24 hours a day. In 1986, KTYS Television acquired Arkansas Western Network from Chris-Craft Industries.
In 1990, the "Stripes and Bars" logo is modified.
New York Times Network

In 1987, KTYS Television creaed a joint venture with the New York Times into a 24-hour TV channel.
In 1991, the "Speeding Globe and Newspaper on TV" logo is modified.

In 1993, KEXZ Broadcasting merged Arkansas Western Network and New York Times Network into TV Rules Network.
In 1996, the "Tornado Storm" logo is modified.

In 2000, the "Tornado Storm" logo is redesigned.
In 2006, the "Tornado Storm" logo is redesigned again, but five lighting strikes were added.
In 2010, the 2006 logo has the three lighting strikes were added.
In 2014, the "Tornado Strom" Logo is replaced by the simple logo, just a Rounded Retangle and "TVRN" on it. In June 2016, KIVO Television Group sold TV Rules Network to Laserium Holdings. In January 30, 2019, TV Rules Network became Screen.
