TVO is a major Sakarian free-to-air television network. TVO is owned by RTL Sakaria which is owned by German conglomerate, RTL Group. TVO is one of the six main free-to-air television networks in Sakaria. As of 2020, TVO is the second-highest rated free-to-air channel in the country, behind TV5 and ahead of CBN, PBN, SBS, and SBC.
