On January 1, 1993 was the inauguration of WIN São Paulo, the forerunner of the birth of WIN Television in Brazil. At the start of release, most events are relayed from WIN Brasil's feeds.

On January 10, 2022, in strengthening the new identity of WIN which was released earlier this year, WIN SP started using the box logo created by WIN Creative In-House.

As of March 1, 2022, WIN SP changed its logo and new name again to WIN One SP, which is one of WIN's affiliates that uses an identity and design similar to Sky One.
TVCB 1 São Paulo[]

On 27 April 2022, WIN One SP changed its name once again to TVCB 1 São Paulo, generically referred to on screen as TVCB 1.
