On June 18, 2022, in response to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, TMK Corp. was split into two: the new TMK Corp. and the old TMK Corp. is now known as EPMN (delivered from Epomeno, greek for next).
Also, it relocated its headquarters from Russia to France.
