On June 18, 2022, in response to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, TMK Corp. was split into two: the new TMK Corp and the old TMK Corp. is now known as EPMN.
The company stayed until mid 2023, Until the company closed down on March 10th of that exact year.
