In 2000, Kids Station, Inc. and Hyper Holdings bought Flextech's stake.

In November 2016, the Scandinavian, Irish and Benelux versions of TCC became their respective versions of Jetix, which is SLN! Media Group's other children's channel. However, the British, Piramcaian and Foopiian version still remains as TCC.

In Early 2017, TCC went back to its 1994 Logo.

2005-2015

In 2007, Kids Station, Inc. sold its stake to Hyper Holdings.

In 2013, Hyper Holdings sold its stake to SLN! Media Group due to the launch of Hyper Kids.

On June 7, 2020, it was announced that Qube Communications would acquire TCC from CPN. The planned rebrand was cancelled as Chair and CEO, Wildcat announced.
