in 2011, Canal 12 was replaced with Zoytexian simulcast of TBS veryfunny (which replace Lifestyle TV) (with news) due to TimeWarner shadowly acquired that channel and force them to simulcast TBS in non-news times.
on 2014, final newscast of TBS Zoytex was broadcast, hence that channel become full simulcast of TBS veryfunny, ending 36 years of independent broadcasting.
