State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting or commonly known as SCTRB was a Sakarian Government ministry responsible for the regulation of the media industry. SCTRB is an attached agency of the Department of Communications.
SCTRB was also the owner of state-broadcaster NBN, however during the Manuban administration, SCTRB was restructured and split into two agencies, the new SCTRB and the Agency for Sakarian Public Service (AGSPS).
During the Santiago administration, AGSPS was reabsorbed into the SCTRB, and the SCTRB was reorganized into the Agency for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
