In 1994, Junior TV was launched in Centralia, based on the Italian TV channel of the same name.

1997-2000[]
In 1999, The Walt Disney Company Centralia acquired the channel, and on 30 November 2000, JTV was closed down to make way for Playhouse Disney.
Playhouse Disney[]
2000-2003[]
Playhouse Disney was part of the Disney Channel multiplex as a then-exclusive on Star Select (as Disney Channel, the only channel in the multiplex, was also on Centralia Cable Vision (now Centelecom TV)), which was launched on 1 December 2000 to coincide the rebranding of Boyz/Girlz Channel to Toon Disney. The following year, it went free-to-air and the channel started to timeshare with CTV Four until 2006.
