Channel V (original)[]

Channel V was switched to the Japanese-language and J-pop TV channel by the end of 2007 to compete with JSTV and NHK World Premium, moving all other music programming to the newest channel V. Plans for a Japanese-language channel were already set around 1991 when it, the general entertainment, news and business channels were all set to launch, but only the general entertainment channel (Star English Entertainment, now Star World) launched.
2008-2012[]
The idents, bumpers and promos were now the same as the Taiwanese version.

Fox Showbiz[]
2012-2014[]
In 2012, Channel V Centralia merged with FX Centralia (both of which were original versions) to form Fox Showbiz, the new channel consists of the same programs shown on the original version of Channel V Centralia, but with new ones added in. However, Fox International Channels Centralia still carried V as the alternative of Channel V International until the channel was replaced by the revived version of Channel V (in which it uses the international feed until 2021) in 2019.
The first program to air on this channel was VS Arashi.
