Irama 106.8 FM Manokwari[]
2002-2006[]
Irama 106.8 FM Manokwari was formed in January 2002 by local radio founder Irama Media Corp in Manokwari and operated through NBC Radio Network. It is the only radio in Manokwari (and in Indonesia) that is not part of the NBC Radio Indonesian Network, but holds minority control on Irama FM.
NBCUniversal subsequently sold its minority stake to Infinity Broadcasting in December 2004 after NBC closed its radio network, with Irama remaining with a majority stake in the radio. Infinity Broadcasting was later changed to CBS Radio in 2005 and Irama Media Corp (including Irama FM Manokwari) was sold to CBS Radio Indonesia, making it a radio owned and operated by CBS Radio.
2006-2017[]
In January 2006 shortly after the acquisition, Irama 106.8 FM Manokwari added the CBS Eyemark to their logo while revising the logo, resulting in the radio being often referred to as CBS Radio Irama FM.
2017-2020[]
Irama 106.8 FM Manokwari is included in all CBS Radio O&O in Indonesia, which was sold to Sky Network Indonesia in February 2017. In July 2017, the logo was revised again by replacing the CBS eyemark logo with the Sky Radio logo. The logo retains some of the existing CBS references including the logo.
2020-2022[]
In September 2020 for the first time since retaining elements of the CBS logo, Irama 106.8 FM introduced its new logo, bringing it more in line with all other Sky Radio O&Os. The only difference is that, although the radio was rebranded as Sky Radio Irama, the Irama 106.8 FM branding is still preserved and their 2002-2006 logo brought back.
Sky Radio Manokwari[]
2022-2023[]
On September 3, 2022, Irama 106.8 FM Manokwari finally changed its branding to Sky Radio Manokwari, and on-air as Sky Radio 106.8 FM Manokwari. This puts it in line with what Sky Radio O&O has been doing since its use from November 2020 and ends the Irama FM branding for the very first time.
2023-present[]
As part of the rebrand of Sky Network Indonesia, Sky Radio Manokwari changed its logo and branding, And removed the FM frequency from it's branding.
