Super FM 103.3 Kediri was formed in March 1994 by local radio founder SMART Media in Samarinda, Kaltim and operated through NBC Radio Network. It is the only radio in Kediri and one of the stations in Indonesia that is not part of the NBC Radio Indonesian Network, but holds minority control on Super FM.

NBCUniversal subsequently sold its minority stake to Infinity Broadcasting in December 2004 after NBC closed its radio network, with Super remaining with a majority stake in the radio. Infinity Broadcasting was later changed to CBS Radio in 2005 and SMART Media (only it's Super FM stations, excluding Super FM Kediri, Denpasar, and Serang) was sold to CBS Radio Indonesia. Making it still a part from Super FM, but Horizon FM will be taking Serang's station which the frequency is 102.3 at that time. Later around 2013, East Broadcasting Service (aka EBS) take out Super FM 103.3, thus making Super FM 103.3 a part of EBS FM, but keeping it's logo and the name is still Super FM 103.3 Kediri, until 2022 when Sky Radio announced that it would acquire the radio station in Kediri. The sale was completed in March 2022, making Super FM Kediri a part of Sky Radio O&O for the first time. However, the radio retains its old logo until September 2022.

As part of the rebrand of Sky Network Indonesia, Sky Radio Kediri changed its logo and branding, And removed the FM frequency from it's branding.
