After Embrase Media was acquired, the new Amsterdam office was added and Roblox Consumer Products announced to continue producing Embrase Media's consoles and smartphones under the Nitrome brand. They also opened an office in El Kadsre, after acquiring Viva Electronics, and an office in Macclesfield, UK, after acquiring the publishing studio Crystal Games Macclesfield.
In March 2017, they acquired Virtuality Group's trademarks, patents, assets and rights (all except copyrights) with the Virtuality brand.
In December 2017, Old Dominion Media bought out RCP's offices in Amsterdam, Vancouver, Macclesfield and Cardiff with the Nitrome brands and related assets. The offices were merged into Laserium Game Studios Amsterdam, Vancouver and Manchester, respectively. The other assets with the non-video game departments and such were then merged into Old Dominion Interactive Media Group.
Singularity Games New York
2018
Singularity Games acquired Roblox Consumer Products in 2018 and rebranded it as a support studio in New York, working for the Redwood City and Cheltenham studios. The game developers were moved into Redwood City, while the art, animation, QA and technology departments stayed at New York. In July 2018, the New York studio was merged into Singularity Redwood City.
