In 2017, after selling its store operations in Asia, Oceania and Africa to QWE Holdings, Laserium Lifestyle Group bought out Skydance Catalog Company and HMV Canada. They also ought out Gray Line Worldwide's licenses in Latin America, Europe (outside UK, Iceland & France) and Asia; and ICA Real Estate.
Salvonic Lifestyle Group
2018-2019
In 2018, after Qualis was formed, Salvonic Lifestyle Group was established as a division for non-media assets. However, on January 30, 2019, the division was merged into Old Dominion Media.
