SBS or the Sakarian Broadcasting Service is one of the three public broadcasters in Sakaria, the other ones being CBN and Retese. SBS was launched in 2020 as the formal successor to public broadcaster RTVS which had ceased operations in 2018.
SBS is the forth highest rated free-to-air television network in the country, behind TV5, TVO, CBN, but ahead of Central and Channel 4. Ever since its launch, it has slowly expanded and now has services in radio, television, online and mobile services.
