2015-2016
On July 4, 2015, Metal, Magical, Tooncity, Supersoup, Nothing and Cool Metal got rebranded his logo, look and branding, On August 17, 2015, M&E Networks announced that four channels (Spooky Channel, Living, Hollywood Movies and Hollywood Stars) will be shutdown on September 1, 2015 to buy Suius TV, Suius 2, Suius 3 and Suius 4, Cool Metal goes HD, The shows from Living are moving to Suius 2, The company's name will change to Suius M&E Networks.
2016-2018
In August 2016, Suius M&E Networks announced to launch a channel aimed at "alpha males", that has yet to be named, in January 2017. It's currently called "Project Sigma".
In order to have more variety of channels offered to their target audiences, in July 2016, they acquired Reality Kings and Spice Networks, which includes Mofos TV, BangU, The Adult Channel, RKTV and Spice TV Korea. They excluded Brazzers TV from the deal, since it's owned by MindGeek's Brazzers production company.
In August 2016, Suius M&E Networks announced a partnership with AMC Networks, where Suius M&E Networks would acquire 48% of AMC Networks International, and AMCNI would give programming rights of it's networks' original productions to Suius M&E Networks and vice versa.
In October 2016, SM&E and Lava Lamp Entertainment announced a transaction which included Cool Metal, Metal and Magical sold to Lava Lamp, while Lava Lamp sells Apple Ent and it's 6 channels to SM&E in return.
SM&E Networks
2018-2019
The company was officially renamed to SM&E Networks in January 2018. The logo was designed by Dreamcatcher Design.
On January 30, 2019, SM&E Networks was merged into Old Dominion Media.
