This logo was similar to the New Zealand channel of the same name's logo from 1987, even though the logo was introduced years before it and it wasn't bold.
TV One and TV2 were rebranded as SCTV1 and SCTV2 respectively on 1 August 1992 in a attempt to better unify its branding with its corporate identity. Both channels aired different identity for a while until 1995.
