RedeCom Brasil (formerly known as Organizações WIN) is a standalone independent company with 1,786 million employees as members of this company. RedeCom Brasil was founded on January 23, 2000 and has a number of domestic & international TV channels, news portals, websites, and others. Currently, Brazil's RedeCom is only in charge of a portion of their television companies and services, with the remainder being left entirely to RedeCom, its partner since April 4, 2022.
Grupo WIN[]
2000 - 2006[]

Organizações WIN was named Grupo WIN on January 23, 2000. This organization initially only had TV channels in Brazil & Overseas. The company's first logo was based on the Nexa Bold Font and BBC's iconic box.
The formation of the company is the result of the collaboration between Nine Network & Record TV after releasing their channel internationally.
2006 - 2008[]

On January 5, 2006, the Grupo WIN logo underwent a slight modification on the box and the words "WIN". This logo will also be the last time Grupo WIN will use the BBC's iconic box.
After Record, Nine, and Globo collaborated, Grupo WIN began to include their channel as Grupo WIN in 2006. Record also entered its national channels namely NIM TV (now WIN) & international namely Record International Australia (now WIN Internacional Australia) to Grupo WIN, followed by Globo with all its channels & Nine with 3 WIN Channels in 3 Brazilian Regions.
2008 - 2012[]

On 3 February 2008, the WIN logo shaped like the 2006 Nine Network logo was officially used instead of the BBC's identical box icon. In the same years, WIN Corporation in Australia began working with Grupo WIN for better corporate integration. Since 2009, Grupo WIN has officially become an independent and trusted company.

In January 2012, this writing-only logo was designed by Joko Riandi, featuring a blue-purple-black gradient that was used during the promo for a certain time. Since March 2012, the logo has not been used since the change of its name to Organizações WIN, which uses the same characteristics and was designed by the same person.

2012 - 2016[]

Since March 2012, during this era until now, Grupo WIN officially changed its name to Organizações WIN. The new logo was also officially created by designer Joko Riandi, who introduced a font-only logo featuring a dark purple-blue gradient.
Since 2013, Nine Network & Network 10 in the Australian region has now collaborated with Organizações WIN, followed by Globo, SBT & RecordTV since 2018, thus making this company the leading & best company.
2016 - 2022[]

Since 2016, Bandeirantes & RedeTV has been part of the Organizações WIN collaboration, which has made this company officially handled by its collaborators. At the same time, the company logo now only uses the 2016 era WIN logo which lasts up to 6 years.
Since July 10, in 2021, Organizações WIN terminated its cooperation contract with all parties in Brazil after learning that they were going to sell NKTV to Organizações WIN. On July 12, 2021, Nine & 10 as partners also terminated the contract with Organizações WIN after embezzling funds in launching its broadcast. Finally on July 16, 2021, all parties around the world have cut off cooperation with Organizaes WIN after committing theft & embezzlement of funds in the launch of its broadcast, making Organizaes WIN as a standalone company.

On January 2, 2022, the new Organizações WIN Logo was rebranded & designed by designer Octo Silvio with the new company "WIN Creative In-House". The logo is a remake of the 2006 ITV plc logo with the words "Organizações" added on it.
RedeCom Brasil[]
2022[]

On April 4, 2022, RedeCom acquired all assets and services managed by Organizaes WIN which resulted in the elimination of almost all of its assets and left behind television services and services such as catch-up and digital assets.
Two days later, its name changed drastically to RedeCom Brasil, using the same logo as its parent company though using green and yellow colors, to symbolize the colors of the Brazil-based company.

2022-present[]
On 28 June 2022, RedeCom Brasil changed its name to Rede de Televisão Independente. They changed their name once again after RedeCom officially sold their Brazil & Portugal holdings to Joko Roberto (signaling his return to the Brazilian company for the first time) on 19 June 2022.
