TSW Australia (1982-2014), TSW Tocantins (2005-2014)
1982-2007 (Australia), 2005-2007 (Tocantins)
Television South West (TSW) was founded on 1 January 1982 in Australia, as a partner of the ITV & El TV Kadsre Television Network. In 2005, TSW was launched in Tocantins as the main channel of the El TV Kadsre Television Network without any ITV partnership.
In 2014, TSW changed its name to El TV Kadsre South-Western Australia, while in Tocantins, TSW finally closed on 7 March 2014. After closing, all studio centers and TSW headquarters are used by affiliate RBR TV Tocantis until 2021.
RBR TV Tocantins
Following the closure of TSW in Tocantins, RBR TV Tocantins took over all of TSW's studios and headquarters. The channel began broadcasting on March 8, 2014, one day after its closure and closed on January 3, 2021 due to the merger with TV Boas Tocantins.
WIN Tocantins has finally taken over all the headquarters & studios that TSW & RBR TV Tocantins once occupied. The channel also airs on January 22, 2022 as a result of winning the government's RBR TV Tocantins license. Like other WIN affiliates, WIN Tocantins uses its new logo to customize the identity of the WIN network.
Rede Mega Tocantins
On February 1, 2022, WIN Tocantins was taken over by Rede Mega and changed its name to Rede Mega Tocantins. It changed its temporary affiliate to RecordTV until 20 April 2022 when it became part of its parent affiliate TVCB 1.
