Originally was owned by Diários Associados but in 1969 was sold to Fundaçao Padre Anchieta.
1975-1980 (Rede Tupi)[]

In 1975 was sold again to Diários Associados, this time as a Rede Tupi affiliate.
1980-1983 (Rede Globo)[]

In 1980 the network was an independently-owned Rede Globo affiliate.
Rede Cidade (Tele Ex)[]
1983-1989[]

In 1983 Tele Ex bought the network and renamed it as Rede Cidade.
1989-1993[]

1993-1996[]

1996-2000[]

2000-2001 (Rede Cidade 2000)[]

Between 2000-01 was known as Rede Cidade 2000.
2001-2005[]

2005-2022[]

Rede Cidade underwent a change from 2008 to become a special weekend channel, after Tele Ex & Carlton collaborated to replace Rede Cidade on the sidelines of the weekdays. The next change occurred back on January 12, 2022 after Tele Ex finally had the successful sale of Rede Cidade and Carlton to Organizações WIN. At the same time, Rede Cidade on weekends and Carlton on weekdays were converted into television specials at Rio Grande do Norte on January 13th and from February 1st, the two were overtime to form WIN Rio Grande do Norte.
