RTV2 (first era)

In September 1999, RTV launched its second channel to air a mix of programmes, RTV2 was born. The DOG, however, had complications at launch, the 2 was unable to be seen.

RTV Two

2002-2006

The RTV channels rebranded at separate times through the course of 2002. RTV2 was renamed as RTV Two on February 4, 2002. The idents were like RTV's at the time but they had a dark green colour. During this time, RTV Two would now air real-time documentaries such as They're Saving Real Lives and Car Derby. One of the main reasons for this was because the 2 was very hard to be seen.

RTV2 (second era)

2007-2019

The channels were all given a new look on January 1, 2007. RTV Two was renamed back to RTV2. The 2 was kept in a thick colour to 'highlight' it from the RTV logo. The idents featured a CGI backdrop of a certain area, with everything 'popping' up. The colour would be the same as the channel's colour, which for RTV2 is green.

The HD and +1 versions of the channel were discontinued in May 2016. On January 30, 2019, RTV2 became Vivo Cinema.
