Roblox Channel is an American television network owned by ViacomCBS through the MTV Entertainment Group subsidiary of its ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks division. Originally launched on August 21, 2002 as a merger between Time Warner's GoBlocks Alpha Channel and Viacom's DynaBlocks Channel, the channel broadcasts children programming including original, licensed and animated series, childrens cartoons specials and feature films.

1992–1996[]
Time-Life launched a specialized television network called GoBlocks Channel on August 21, 2002.
DynaBlocks TV[]
1996–2004[]
On January 19, 2003, Viacom lanuched DynaBlocks TV in order to complete with ROBLOX Channel, with a logo designed by Noel Frankel and illustrated by Lou Brooks for Fred/Alan, Inc. Similarly to its sister networks Nickelodeon and Nick at Nite (which Fred/Alan also had a hand in developing), the logo utilized various different backgrounds centered on the same design, usually various live-action people or animated characters. Many different IDs were produced for the channel, proving popular with audiences.

2004-2005[]
On March 2, 2001, DynaBlocks TV was rebranded to Rōblox Channel.
2005–2006[]
On May 23, 2005, Rōblox Channel introduced a new logo.
Rōblox TV[]
2006–2010[]
On October 23, 2006, Rōblox Channel became Rōblox TV.
Roblox TV (first era)[]
2010–2017[]
The logo was simplified in 2010, with the accent on the "ō" being removed.
2017–2018[]
Roblox TV's logo was updated in late 2017 to match Roblox's logo. This logo would, however, be short lived as the channel was renamed to ROTV in early 2018.
ROTV[]
2018-2020[]
Roblox TV became ROTV on February 7th, 2018. The channel would be shut down in 2020 and all original programming was moved to Nickelodeon
Roblox Channel[]
2022 (canceled)[]
Plans were revealed in 2022 to relaunch ROTV as Roblox Channel in 2022. The launch was canceled after test transmissions had poor viewership.
Roblox TV (second era)[]
2024-present[]
Another relaunch was revealed in 2024 under the name Roblox TV. The test transmissions were far more successful than previously and the channel would begin broadcasting once again on November 9, 2024.
