RKO Holdings is an American holding group that is the parent company of RKO Media, RKO Resorts & Hotels and Valentine Corporation. It was originally formed as the spinoff of RKO General's hospitality assets.

1988-1993

RKO Holdings was formed on August 12, 1988 as the spinoff of RKO Holdings' hospitality assets. When the company was formed, it used the generic logo design used by RKO General's former subsidiaries.

1993-1997

The logo was slightly modified in 1993, changing the strips above the RKO Holdings text and the RKO thunderbolt to shades of red, and the RKO Holdings text becoming dark blue.

1997-2009

Since 1997, most flagship RKO brands have used a modified version of RKO Holdings' logos, starting with this one.
