in March 1998, a partnership with the entrepreneur and journalist Roberto Gabriel (from Brazilian Mini TV) was approved for the creation of a new fictional channel, it was then that the name "TeleMini" was agreed to use in the name of the channel. After a 2 month process for the creation and preparation of the channel, it was officially opened on 25 May 1998 as TeleMini.

In July 2014, the channel was purchased by Mediaset and TeleMini was renamed TV Más.
On 24 May 2022, WIN One Spain was taken over by RCT, the parent of RedeCom as RCT's first international affiliate in Spain, then officially changed its name to RCT en Español.
