It operated as a Neb Media subsidiary.

On January 30, 2019, Diena, KaJoyfullnessTV and Exodus New Media were merged to form the multi-channel network Qualis Digital Network. In July 2019, it was merged into Zoop Digital Entertainment and became its MCN and YouTube talent management division.
