Sammy Communications Inc. was created in 1972 when Kosch Corporation was split up due to a financial scandal over its parking operations and changed its name to reflect its ownership of Samuel Kosch Pictures and Sammy Interactive.
This logo was created by Salovaara + Kukkonen Group New York. It is a stylized S and was eventually adopted by many of its sudsibiaries.

Time Sammy was created in January 2000 through the merger of Time Media Ltd and Sammy Communications. The original identity was created by Salovaara + Kukkonen Group and included a logo designed by STN! Media Group.
2003–2016

In April 1993, it was replaced by a more reserved and traditional look. It was created by Salovaara + Kukkonen Group Portugal.
POL Time Sammy

In January 2016, Time Sammy Entertainment Company and POL (an online media division of POE) announced that they would merge. The deal was finalized in May 2016. The new company became known as POL Time Sammy. The words Entertainment Company are dropped. Landor Associates were responsible for designing the logo.
