Village Lava Theme Parks

Village Lava Theme Parks was founded in 2016 to operate theme parks.
Immideately afterwards, they acquired the following properties: the Aurora/Bainbridge water park Wildwater Kingdom, Six Flags New Orleans, Movieland Wax Museum, Parque Warner Madrid and Wet n' Wild Hawaii, Wet n' Wild SplashTown (rebranded as Wet n' Wild Houston), Wet n' Wild Toronto & Wet n' Wild Phoenix
They announced to open Village Roadshow Studios Athens with two more Wet n' Wild parks in Mexico City and Milan (Italy) and a new Warner Bros Movie World Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
In 2017, the plans for an upcoming theme park in El Kadsre, formerly worked on by John River Entertainment, were acquired by Village Lava Theme Parks. It's now known as Warner MovieWorld El Kadsre.
On January 30, 2019, all of its assets were sold off, while Warner MovieWorld El Kadsre became an Oak Acres Park. Village Lava Theme Parks eventually merged into Oak Acres Entertainment shortly afterwards.

Laserium Urban Labs was an urban innovation company. Its goal was to improve urban infrastructure through technological solutions, and tackle issues such as cost of living, efficient transportation and energy usage.
On January 30, 2019, the US operations were sold to Sidewalk Labs, a division of Alphabet Inc. The international operations and rest of the assets were merged into Oak Acres Entertainment.

Due to acquisition of DBC's parent company Crystal Holdings by Laserium, and due to Laserium's strong affiliateship with Lava Lamp, DBC Theme Parks was merged to Oak Acres Entertainment.
On January 30, 2019, Oak Acres opened offices in Brisbane, Paris, Toronto, Barcelona, Johannesburg, Manchester and Atlanta; in addition to VR development studios in Vienna, Milan, Sao Paulo and Berlin, and a research facility in Osaka.
