The Oasinan Broadcasting Network first signs-on the air on 9 October 1952, becoming the first television network in Oasina. As a bilingual television channel until March 1975, the Oasinan Broadcasting Network shows entertainment, comedy, and various of programmings in English and Thai.

In March 1975, during the launch of its secondary channel, the Oasinan Broadcasting Network is rebranded to OBN 1, with Thai programmings were transferred to OBN 2.
