This was used as a prototype logo. However, it was not released on air. It was a candidate for the original Paras Katseluaika (ended in 1991) logo rebrand contest, but later was made intended to bo in use only for the congolomerate company that owned the channel. They decided to keep the box in every channel. The contest started in 1987 (March 16th, 1987) while the results were shown on Paras Katseluaika.
