ATV UK[]
1982-1983[]
NTB One was first launched as ATV on January 1, 1982, being re-launched under the ownership of TWN after the original ATV was renamed Central Television (now ITV Central). The station was then closed in July 1983 along with the bankruptcy of TWN due to television assets and arrears in debt owned by the station.
United Broadcasting Company[]
1991-1996[]

In January 1991, SpriteTV (not to be confused with the same SpriteTV under different ownership) was confiscated by the police due to the Octo Silvio case, which was in arrears on fees and debts to the station, and was considered to broadcast too many violent and vulgar programs that were not recommended by the audience. SpriteTV was then divested to a businessman, Joko Roberto, who changed the station's name 2 months later as United Broadcasting Company (abbreviated UBC). UBC later had a similar relationship with CBS, as evidenced by the CBS ident template used by UBC a year later (eg "The Look is UBC" in 1992).

On December 29, 2001 (2 days before the new year 2002), the name United Broadcasting Company was changed to only be used for the holding company of this station and other company assets. As a result, on the same day, the television version of the United Broadcasting Company had to change its name to UBC 1. This logo was first leaked on December 30, 2001 and was officially introduced to all parts of the station on January 2, 2002.
Then in September 2002, Joko Roberto left his ownership of the United Broadcasting Company to focus on WFAC-TV, an American station on channel 21 that was licensed to Baltimore, Maryland which SWA Holdings sold to acquire the Seven Network from its former owner. Practically, the United Broadcasting Company, including UBC 1, was then sold to Western Communications from Seahaus on October 12, 2002; The sale was completed on November 7, 2002 which gave Western ownership of the station outside of Seahaus.

Western Communications merged with New Network Television (which owns a number of Chrononetwork O&O stations) in 2013 to form Media Broadcasting America, and the United Broadcasting Company was added to the company's division, Media Broadcasting International. Shortly after the Western-New Network merger, the United Broadcasting Company introduced a new logo which saw the adoption of the Chrononetwork logo to the company, with UBC 1 also following suit on July 1, 2013.
NTB One[]
2020-2022[]
After the FCC froze MBA's ownership of the UK station, the United Broadcasting Company divested on 1 February 2020, but with UBC 1 (along with UBC 2 and UBC 3) instead being sold to National Television Broadcasting on 29 March 2020. Shortly thereafter, on 18 April 2020 concurrent with the launch of NTB, UBC 1 changed its name to NTB One which was oddly branded on air as NTB 1 (continuing the style already used by UBC 1), with the station's theme taking on orange as NTB's main station and channel designed for family & entertainment.
2022-present[]
On 25 April 2022 as part of the launch of the new NTB logo which was applied to all NTB companies in stages, NTB One launched its new logo which changed its shape to horizontal, removing the number "1" in favor of the "One" branding and taking blue as the basis for the main NTB station. NTB One then became the flagship station of SWA Holdings since November 13, 2022 after the company acquired National Television Broadcasting on November 12 of the same year.
