NICK-DT is the Secondary-Flagship Nickelodeon affiliate from Spokane that Broadcasts on Channel 62.
NICK-DT signed on as KCIN-TV (coincidentally, NICK, spelt backwards), and was an independent station that (by 1978) was carrying Pinwheel programming, and later on, Nickelodeon programming.
The "SPN" branding lasted until January 1989.
At the tail end of 1989, KCIN became the first television station to adopt the Nickelodeon branding, ditching most of their initial programming and replacing it with Nickelodeon programming. While this logo lasted only 13 years, the typeface was still in use until September 2009.
On August 24, 2012 NICK-DT had started using WBAN-TV's 2011 logo the basis for their then-new logo.
On September 16, 2015, after 26 years of using the Nick 62 Branding, Nick 62 is renamed to, Nick/Nickelodeon, dropping any programing that aired outside of the channel.
